seriously, how ugly can a customer get? being in a customer service line is real challenging. it test your patience every single minute, hour and day. hurling insults and calling names are two things that i seriously cannot take it. why can't they just stop and think for a second that whatever i am doing is not by my own rules. that is just how it goes. thank the Almighty that so far i've not been in that situation. seeing my colleagues landing in that situation almost everyday saddens me. nope, its not that they are inefficient but customers are just plainly rude. i wonder whether they have any humanity in them. weekends are the days that i dread working. that's when all the cbs come in and complain almost about everything and anything. just heard stories about bestie when she got back from work. i was so frustrated and almost all my sentences have fuck. also, people will go all the way just to get an item for free. they will really fight for their right when its clearly and without a doubt, its their mistake. i don't know how long i am going to stay in this line. i will stay for as long as i can, i guess. its just so hard. so so hard to even earn an honest living. anyhoos, stupid and ugly customers aside. i had fun yesternight and today. staying at siloso beach resort was so impromptu. we had fun. weird how rundown sbr can be when its only 2 years old. i enjoyed myself at snow city too. went there with my maid and prince brother. he loved it. the slide was awesome but the service, downhill. argh, i skipped my bike practical. i just let $24 flyaway like that. too tired to concentrate. :P
