i think i cannot take this anymore. i need to vent it all out here. everywhere i go, i see them. it frustrates me badly because they do not even speak english. how am i supposed to tell them what i want or how can they understand me? its ridiculous. the influx of them around me is making me go crazy. on top of that, they have zilch level of customer service. even though you can't communicate in english, basic manners of saying thank you you don't even know? i've had all this experience at carrefour, kfc, comfort operators (WTF), popular bookstore, restaurants and many others places in singapore! i am trying my best to not discriminate but they are seriously rude and ignorant. yesterday i was plaza singapura, kfc, the guy doing the lobby is a chinaman. he was standing at a corner and digging his teeth! isn't that gross? i wouldn't mind much if he is a customer there but that guy is a staff at kfc. the manager is not doing anything about it. well, the manager(malay guy) is young and looks like just a typical mat. so.. i could have expected it. i am really annoyed because number one reason, at work, its like we are being watched every fucking seconds and no matter how good our services are, THOSE f-ing people will still complain. over slightest reasons. it terrifies me and i am scared of working in this line anymore. when i go out, so far, not trying to boast but no place ever gave me a good service! i know life is never fair but how long must i go through this? i really hope that my superiors do know that my team and i are really trying our very best to make every customer leaves fidgets with a big smile! :D
