i will be starting a totally completely different life as of 2008. heavier responsibility. not at home but at work. i just got employed by pro-teach tuition centre as a full time teacher. totally different from what i did in kumon as an instructor. i don't know why i don't really feel excited. maybe because i have low self esteem and i need to boost my confidence. i just had a rough night yesterday with my mother and friends and thought of sleeping till late afternoon when i received a call from the centre to come down and take the entrance test. for both english and maths. i freaked out man. first, i am not mentally prepared and secondly, i was having a terrible hangover. to summarise everything, i passed the test with flying colours though it was freaking difficult and i was perspiring badly. too nervous. i soooo really need to head down to popular to get all the necessary assesment books for primary school. need to plan my lesson first before coming to work.. wow, time to get serious man. anyhoos, i am glad that something good is happening at the start of the new year. hopefully there will be more good things coming. can't believe that next year i will be 22. lol.. i would like to thank my ex chief instructor, manager and supervisor and everyone at kumon for guiding me throughout my time working in kumon. :) goodbye 2007. welcome 2008 with a warm heart! ps: guys, enjoy the party tomorrow okay? drink to our hearts content and welcome the new year with new resolutions! :) can't wait!
